Engine cut out
I just posted about my car(325ci) misfiring and popping from the exhaust after not driving it for 4 days I’ve just gotten home picked up a obd scanner to scan for any faults as the engine light was on turned on the car and the misfire was a lot worse engine light wasn’t on but after the car was on for about 10 seconds it kept getting worse and worse till the engine light came on and the engine just completely cut out spoke to a mechanic that works on these cars a lot and said it’s most likely a blown piston as I’ve just had work done on my pcv valve and it might’ve caused something like that I’m not to good with stuff like that and diagnosing issues so if anyone could let me know if it could be anything else otherwise I have to bite the bullet and put a new engine in only upside is I finally have a excuse to put a 330 engine in it
