Lump on shaft of penis when erect
Bit of a weird one, as in the title, I have a lump in the actual shaft (the corpus?) of my penis i.e. not on the skin. It feels sort of gristly, is painless and doesn't move. I can feel it easily when erect, can't remember when I first noticed it but it was quite a while ago and I feel like it's slowly become larger over time. I can just about locate it when I'm soft but barely and then it's much smaller, so it feels like it grows and shrinks with the penis. Obviously I'd like to get this checked but I don't know how given that I have to get hard for it to be detectable! So I'd like to know first of all if it's something to be worried about, and also how to approach this with a doctor. Most of the advice I've been able to google about lumps seems to only talk about on the skin, not inside the penis.
