found this in the roof, cant tell if it’s insulation or mold specks as there’s mold in the surrounding area

no idea if this is mold or not… im cleaning and i found patches of more obvious black mold in fairly close proximity so im slightly worried… i touched it thinking it wasnt mold but AI said maybe so here i am. ONTARIO
