I've been applying for more than two years to my field of work. Got contracts along the way but never a permanent role. Job searching again and I've had a first few round assessments and never seem to move past them.
I see same jobs posted again and again after I interview and recruiters kind of take your CV and never respond back.
What is going on in Toronto. I thought summer would pick up with hirings but it's getting worse.
At this point, I'm even ready to pay for career counselling or headhunters 😣
