or di ko alam kung kay BDO lang? the other day pa ata ako di makapagbayad via online card payment sa shopee at "payment failed. your payment has been rejected by your bank" ang lumalabas. working naman at may laman bdo ko. di din naman abot sa credit limit yung amount

tinitext din ako ng BDO Alert ngayon na "You have a transaction using your BDO Debit Card ending in [REDACTED] at SHOPEE PH for PHP 628.00." for these failed payments na di naman lumalabas dati pag nagsho shopee ako. and i can tell it's probably not BDO din since kakabayad ko lang ng phone bill ko using it na wala namang issue :(( may nakaka experience na ba nito or knows why its happening po
