I ordered this neck pillow on Shopee (from Shopee Choice Local) and there was what seemed like mould in it. To me, it looked exactly like mould up close. Wouldn’t have known if I didn’t check. At this time, this store only has more than 1000 five star reviews. None 4 star/less reviews so I didn’t expected this. After I requested for a return and refund, I could no longer leave a review to warn other people so I just wanted to post here for anyone reading this. Please help spread the word.

For context, bumili ako lamp, shattered yung light bulb so I requested for a refund. Yung seller said 100 pesos lang ibibigay niya, I asked for a full refund tapos hindi na siya nag respond. I looked at the 1 star reviews at puro shattered bulbs din problema nila at hindi na daw nag reply si seller. Question, makukuha ko ba automatically na yung refund by July 13 since unresponsive na siya?

I’m planning to buy portable aircon. UNFORTUNATELY, bawal butasan kwarto namin because of our landlord. Room ko po 1.5m x 4m lang po (6sqm) and I think last resort po talaga is PORTABLE AIRCON. Sobrang init sa kwarto hindi kinakaya tambayan and may 2 pc sa loob. Kahit buksan pinto and bintana di parin lumalamig since nakatapat araw sa bintana and yung singaw ng bubong lang yung pumapasok sa kwarto.

I wanna ask some question:
-worth it ba? (I feel like price wise yes di sya worth it, but for a last resort kaya?)
-how long will it last? Mamaya saglit lang pala to
-What happens if may need i FIX? Do we have technicians who can fix this things?
