rider reached out after reporting an unreceived parcel

i ordered something on shopee and sa bahay ng gf ko naka-address yung parcel. pero hindi niya natanggap yung parcel kasi the rider delivered it to a different house. we reported it to shopee as undelivered, and they said the rider will be held accountable for this incident.

then today, the rider tried to call and messaged us apologizing and asking us to withdraw the report because he's the breadwinner and supports his family.

i kinda feel bad, pero hinihintay talaga namin yung item and sold out na siya ngayon, so we can't simply reorder it. what would you guys do? should we withdraw the report or just let shopee handle it?

300g bread flour 200g water 60g starter 6g salt 4 sets of coil folds 4 hrs bulk fermentation at 29C 10 hours cold proof baked at 250C to 200C for 40 minutes

still working on my scoring lol and there’s definitely a lot more for me to learn, but one month into making sourdough! ❤️

my third bake

third bake! finally getting the hang of my electric oven, especially with the browning from my first bakes hehe still figuring out the heat, but definitely seeing some progress 🫶

recipe:

300g bread flour
195g water
60g levain
6g salt
1 sf + 3 cf every 25 minutes
5 hrs bf
10 hrs cold proof
230C for 20 min with steam then without steam at 200C for 20 min

help: messenger display old messages only

i logged my messenger account into my mom’s phone, then logged back into her account. after that, her chats only showed history from 2024. messenger asked me to create a new pin and then backed up the chats.

after logging back in and reinstalling the app, her messages won’t get updated and only shows her 2024 messages.

her android phone still has all current until 2026 messages though. on the android, it says “turn on secure storage”, and when i tap it, it asks me to enter my pin to restore chats. i’m scared that entering the pin might restore the old 2024 backup and overwrite her 2026 chats in the android phone.

can i still safely sync her 2026 chats from the android onto the iphone?

Second try at sourdough

Any thoughts and tips? This is my 2nd try

Is it way too dense? Please let me know what to improve

500 g bread flour

300 g water

100 g levain

10 g salt

Fermentolyse 1hr

4x stretch and fold every 30 mins

Bulk ferment 5.5 hrs

Cold Retard 15 hrs

Preheated at 250 C for 30 mins

Baked at 250 C for 20 mins with steam followed by 200 C for 20 mins

I used a gas stove oven

[musing] i feel constantly enamoured with my gf

i just can’t help but feel like bursting at the seams just by looking at my gf. oh my god like minsan pag nagcacall kami, even after a year of being together i can’t help but kiligin and tell her every day na ang ganda niya. we tell each other back and forth and magpapasahan lang kami ng “baby ikaw yun” lol every single day.

minsan naiisip ko na i could never look at someone the way i look at her. she’s so beautiful. she has long black curly hair, on the fair side, busty, a pear shaped gyattie it’s insane. lastly, her crazy kitten smile na ginagawa akong tanga. also never met someone na i’m literally so in sync with literally everything. also how she is so kind, smart, very thoughtful and caring, and treats me very well,,, EWAN KO !!!

Sourdough bread flour

Hi guys, I recently got a sourdough starter from someone and I’m currently looking for a good bread flour to use for feeding and maintenance.

I was eyeing Montana since yun yung recommended, pero sold out siya rn sa apps. So far, the options I’m considering are Wellington, RFM Republica, or URC Globe, but I’m not sure if there are better choices out there.
