



I finally achieved my beautiful crumb on my 7th try. This was the bread I wasn’t meticulous with the measurements and oven temp lol, given I failed on my previous attempts. There are still wet patches though because I cannot wait and I’m hungry hahaha. I believe this was 60% hydration but not sure cuz I didn’t care with that on this attempt. There was also a brownout in our subdivision so my cold proof lasted beyond 24hrs hahahaha (I expected this to have a tangy flavor). I’ll have another try and post my recipe. I cannot rely on my measurements in this attempt since my kitchen scale is cheap and cannot detect enough the lighter weights (esp. less than 5g). I’ll just keep experimenting and share my progress here. 🥹

333g Bread/1st class flour
208g filtered water
40g starter
5g salt
It's a good thing I still have some mocha crème diplomat (also dusted it with cocoa powder)
Hello bakers, how can I improve my macarons? They have feet pero nagspread din e. I used Martha Stewart’s recipe.
Hunch ko is the higher temp I used. Recipe called for 160 C, but nagloloko oven ko and won’t sustain the fire unless it’s 180 C and up. So I baked them at 180 C for a lesser amount of time.
May you also suggest a coloring agent para maka-achieve ng deep dark red?

Hi guys! Im baking loaf bread. Pero im not sure with how my dough is looking right now. Hindi ko maachieve ang window pane test. Been kneading for more than an hour now using my mixer! Haha. Tried resting the dough for 15 mins. Umaalsa naman haha. Is this overkneaded or more kneading for me pa? Pls help me po. Thank youu
i'm planning to bake carrot cake again kasi yung una medyo nag fail. pero this time i want to mix it with some dates. may mga nakatry na ba dito? or ano ba ang magandang ihalo sa carrot cake para hindi naman sana masyadong plain ☹️

I did crumble toppings na lang para mabilis. I forgot na the filling overflows nga pala si now I have to clean my oven lol

Since mahilig ako magbake, laging sinusuggest na try ko magsell but sa costing talaga ako nahihirapan. I've already done it for my regular cookies, pero sa stuffed cookies (pistachio kataifi) medyo ??
A relative of mine gave some ingredients as support, but how will that factor out sa costing?? It will significantly lower the srp, pero paano naman sa long run. This won't be a full on business btw, I'll only be selling within our community from time to time because school is starting. 😅
Hello! Please help po paano d matunaw ung mallows sa loob ng cookies pag binake? Tinry ko siya ifreeze with the dough, unang try maganda kinalabasan then ung mga next batch na parang mawawala na ung mallows sa loob after baking 😭 for this batch medyo nagthaw siya sa ref for 5 mins bago ko isalang sa oven yun kayo ang reason? Need ba na straight from the freezer ang pagbake para d agad matunaw ung mallows?
