Hello po! I feel slightly shy 🙈 pero I want to get outside perspective if the cookies seems burnt to others when it's a browned butter chocolate chip cookies and I used dark brown sugar so I did expect na it is darker than other recipes pero Idk kung delulu lang ako na okay naman sya sa paningin ko 🤣

May nakasubok na ba sa inyo gumamit nung bread flour sa Gavino's? Kapag tinatanong ko kasi mga staff hindi nila alam kung ilang protein content.
