Hi, question. Has anyone have a formula or has tried Lievito Madre as starter dough? Is it more comfortable to use than regular starter? I'm really curious and interested about which method and ratio works best in starter specially in Philippine Setting. Also, I want to start my sourdough journey. Hello, anyone here with similar experience na after period ay merong reddish brown discharge lagi. Persistent at days to weeks tumatagal. Nawawala naman pag uminom ng hormonal balance medication pero bumabalik din in a while. I just want to know if meron similar cases and anu po diagnosis sa inyo? Btw, I'm going to an OBGYN na pero medyo scared din. Gusto ko lang iready ang isip ko. Thank you po sa sasagot. Hope we can win this battle.
