Ask ko lang if nangyari din to sa school nyo?

Not sure if the government/or may DECS chose randomly or they chose the schools intentionally?

Pero yung school namin may Japanese na mga nagpapadala ng letters, and even musical instruments like harmonica, melodion (used i think).

Then may year din na Japanese kids came not as exchange students but parang tourists, pero di sila bumisita sa school, they were housed in a mountainous resort. Our teachers got pupils in our class (they chose yung mga magaling mag-english) to have interaction with them sa resort, i think they stayed there overnight. and then the next day they called the rest of the class with some teachers to watch the Japanese kids and our classmates perform like sing, cultural dance, meron pa nag exhibition ng karate. parang pinagbonding din sila in pairs like buddies (1 Japanese, 1 Pinoy).

What was weird was that our classmates that interacted with them said na early in the morning daw on the 2nd day, the Japanese kids and their adult chaperons were walking around the vicinity of the resort with metal detectors.

I think yung mga chosen ones naging penpals din sila nung mga ka buddies nila. I just don't know how long until they stopped writing back.
