Why do people seem to dislike DDD so much?

I won't pretend Dream Drop is without flaws, but out of all the games not reduced to cutseen competitions, it seems to be disproportionately low on most of the tear lists I see.

I assume its a combination of Dreameaters and people saying "this is where KH got too confusing" but it feels like thares more to it.

Now that we have 50 new noctis variants. Can we phase riku back into looking like this

I know the short hair is character development or something. But it just loses all of his personality. Idk make him resemble Xemnas or something

Square needs to make a remake Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road, Union χ, 358/2 Days, and release them as a collection

Saw some people do it and since i probably don't have the most lukewarm of opinions on the franchise, i thought i'd share it here.

Feel free to disscuss my choices ! ( With respect of course )

Have a great day and hope yall have fun with the games !

Do you think there is more to this guy than meets the eye?

I know people have made some weird theories that he is the Master of Masters but what are your thoughts on what makes this guy mysterious? Since Xemnas believes that there is something more to him, like why even recruit him again to be a part of True Organization 13? Despite him being a slacker.

Are these games worth it for someone who never played them before and therefore has no nostalgia for them.

I was considering buying the first two games on steam cause the collection is pretty cheap, but the gameplay seems to have aged very poorly (just looking at the trailers) and the story seems like a cool but still very simple story targeted at kids.

I know these games are legendary and have an insane cult following and apparently dark souls level lore,

but are they fun and engaging for an adult who never played them before?

Are the story and the gameplay good, or at least decent enough for today's standards?
