Moving to Tech

Hey guys,

I'm currently working in Amazon Ops, but learning AWS through its certification program.

I have passed CCP, halfway through SA.

I'm aware these are still basic level knowledge.

Along with certifications I have built cloud based serverless/web platforms utilising many AWS services.

How realistic is a lateral movement in my case? And which roles should I apply for to get into AWS ?

What went wrong with Luca, a world champion a few years ago & now down in the dumps? How quickly things change.

Need help setting up Streaming for a snooker tournament

Hey guys,

I recently developed a web based app to track local snooker tournaments you can check it out at https://d1df8xofqyoa7y.cloudfront.net/

I also set up live streaming using cctv via OBS on YT

The problem I'm facing is setting up a multi table stream on a single youtube channel - for ex 2 different streams from 2 CCTV cameras(high tech cams, all streaming configs are present) I need to set up 2 live streams from 2 dif cameras on 1 YT channel.

Please help

Suggestion needed

I just completed the AWS CCP course, it took longer than expected as I'm very new to this field and i went in depth with all the services and terminologies. While my ultimate goal ofc is AWS SA certification, I needed a solid foundation which I think I now have.

So do I really need to complete the SA course or should I just go with TD mocks with the knowledge i have?

What skills are must have along with certifications

I am new to tech, having worked in operations for 5 years I'm halfway through my learning. I chose AWS solutions architect but I have also included cloud practitioner which I'm learning currently.

Suppose I get both the certifications I have no other skill set in the tech. However I have lead a small team, some automation for process improvement.

Please suggest what else I need to add to better my chances of transitioning into tech roles.
