Red Eagle Already Planning to File Class Action Less Than One Week After Onboarding Closing

Folks, another up by Red Eagle. I read from his latest Telegram post (below) that he is planning to submit the class action lawsuit on Thursday. Note, Red Eagle closed onboarding for the class action late last week, a few days after McBean and Hacking closed theirs.

Neither McBean nor Hacking have communicated when they plan to file their 2nd round. Red Eagle has done several rounds plus class action in process. I'll let you make your conclusions.

Per Red Eagle's post
PM-602-0192/94 Update: Fun paragraph in our class action lawsuit complaint, that we hope to file Thursday night:

Plaintiffs are 386 citizens and/or natives of 38 countries, including Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Benin, Burkina Faso, Canada, Chile, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, France, Germany, Haiti, India, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Libya, Mexico, Myanmar (Burma), Nigeria, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Taiwan, Tanzania, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay,  Venezuela, Yemen, Zambia. Although some are dual nationals of non-banned countries, their status has provided them with no advantage.

Dorcas Hearing Is Next Thursday and Can Be Watched Live

Those in Rhode Island can attend court in person and others can watch at 2:00 p.m. Eastern on May 21.

Look for the "Live" tab - video will appear when the hearing begins.

The plaintiffs are seeking that USCIS policies pausing applications be declared as arbitrary and capricious under APA. They will also ask the court to enjoin USCIS from making further similar policies in future.

Get Help If You Can

We are now living in an unprecedented time where the adjudication hold is not only preventing immigrants from being employed, for God knows when. On top of that, cost of living is rapidly increasing because of the war and tariffs. I have seen a few vents in this group, some with frustrations.

There can be only one outcome, the system is trying to frustrate people and push them off the "cliff". The mental health consequences is immense and no real human can handle this on their own without spiritual and professional help. The latter can be available for free at some non-profit organizations.

On that note, I suggest folks should join communities supporting migrants (some of them are plaintiffs in Dorcas matter) or seek mental health help from non-profit organizations such as listed below.

Biya Belayneh Foundation:

A nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to culturally responsive mental health support, education, and resources, with a focus on reducing stigma and strengthening community wellbeing.

https://www.bbfoundationmh.org/

National Alliance on Mental Illness:

A national organization providing mental health education, advocacy, support, and resources for individuals and families impacted by mental conditions.

https://www.nami.org/

988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline:

Free, 24/7, and confidential support for people in distress. Learn more at suicidepreventionlifeline.org, or simply dial 988 for immediate help.

There are several others out there. Please seek help before it is too late.

Yesterday, McBean made a YT podcast. In that podcast, she gave an update on the progress of her round 1 plaintiffs who were granted a stay of execution over the USCIS directive.

She said a few plaintiffs were booked for an interview and others progressing their application. She will continue monitoring updates from those applicants and provide further updates as they come.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE ON IMMIGRATION PROCESSES – MAY 2026 🇺🇸

Starting this May, USCIS will implement major changes that could impact thousands of people applying for work permits and Green Cards. These updates aim to modernize the system, but they also bring stricter requirements and more detailed reviews.

🔹 Work Permits (EAD) Updates

Some applicants may benefit from longer validity periods, up to 5 years in certain categories. However, updated biometrics will now be required under new security standards, meaning some people may need to attend new appointments.

🔹 Green Card Process Gets Stricter

Financial requirements are becoming more rigorous. Sponsors will now be evaluated beyond minimum income, including credit history and financial stability over the past 24 months.

🔹 Digital Applications Only

Many immigration forms will no longer be accepted on paper. All applications must be submitted online through the myUSCIS system.

🔹 Operation PARRIS Expansion

This initiative increases background checks and may require re-interviews, especially for asylum cases, employment-based cases, or applications with inconsistencies.

🔹 Final Action Dates Now Required

For employment-based Green Cards, applicants must meet the Final Action Date before filing, reducing flexibility and increasing wait times.

⚠️ What does this mean for you?

Expect longer processing times, more requests for evidence, and stricter reviews. Accuracy in your application is now more important than ever.

📌 If you currently have a case open, make sure your documents are complete, updated, and consistent. Be prepared for possible interviews and additional scrutiny.
