Hey everyone I really want to get breast implants I'm a natural D cup is this something that can be done and look good without a lift? I've been looking at before and after pics of other girls but nobody's before looks like mine. I just really don't want a lift I don't scar well at all. I just want my breasts more rounded and more voluminous at the top. I don't mind if my breasts have a natural sag or my areolas stretch out bigger I kinda like the big areolas look
