I watched this video in the early 2000s in school, in New York State. It could have been made in the '90s. I thought it was called something like "60-Second Emergencies", but I found a cover of a VHS titled "In a Split Second" that could be it. All I could find was the cover though.

The video featured multiple sudden disaster scenarios, including:

-A bee crawling into a kid's soda can. The kid accidentally drank it, got stung, and had a severe reaction.

-A couple of kids playing in one of their parents' rooms. One kid finds a gun and accidentally shoots the other kid.

-A couple of kids are running around and one runs into a glass door. The door shatters and the kid is injured.
