I think I finally finished!! ...the stupidly large VRoid pack I've been threatening to make 😂

A little while ago I posted about the Indie Creator Pack I was putting together, and after a LOT of work... it's finally here.

This is basically around 4.9GB of my VRoid work from the last ~4 years, bundled together into one big creator resource.

I've been working on this for years, so getting to the point where I can finally say "yeah, it's actually finished" feels a little surreal. 😭

And honestly, looking at it all in one place is making me realise just how much stuff I've made. 😂

There's a lot in here. 😂 I've tried to show a decent cross-section in the images, but what you're seeing is only a fraction of the actual files included.

The whole idea was to make something that isn't just a collection of finished characters.

I wanted people to be able to take the individual pieces, throw them together, change colours, layer things, experiment and basically make their own characters.

I actually tested this during a stream recently and ended up making four completely different models, and then someone in chat suggested making a tiny version of my character...

So obviously I made Kid Aqua — the Princeling. 😂

That ended up being one of my favourite parts of the whole project because it really showed what I wanted the pack to be about: mixing things together and seeing what happens.

I've spent an honestly embarrassing amount of time organising, previewing, testing and trying to make the whole thing actually usable rather than just dumping 4.5GB of Fish Brain™ onto someone's hard drive. 😂

I wanted to keep these separate because I know not everyone needs commercial rights or wants to drop a huge amount of money on a massive asset library. If you're just making characters for yourself, you shouldn't have to pay for things you don't need.

It's been a pretty massive project, so I'm really happy to finally be able to show the whole thing.

The Aftermath of the Indie Creator Pack Stream! 👀

Yesterday’s stream was such a fun one.

I originally set out to create four completely different VRoid models using a small selection of the textures and resources included in my upcoming Indie Creator Pack. Each model was designed to show how varied the collection can be—from cute and colourful characters to darker, more detailed fantasy designs.

Then, someone in chat suggested that I create a miniature version of my own model…

And so, Princeling Aqua—also known as Kid Aqua—was born! 👑🐟

I genuinely had such a laugh creating him. He was completely unplanned, slightly chaotic, and somehow ended up being one of my favourite creations from the entire stream. That is exactly why I love streaming the creative process: sometimes the best ideas come directly from chat.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along, chatted, lurked in the background, shared ideas, or watched the VoD afterwards. Whether you stayed for five minutes or several hours, I genuinely appreciate you spending part of your day with me.

The other four characters were all created using only a small collection of the textures, custom items, presets, clothing, accessories, and character-building resources available inside the pack. They barely scratch the surface of what is included.

The complete collection contains approximately 4.5GB of VRoid Studio content, created across roughly four years of designing, experimenting, learning, improving, and building models.

The pack has been designed to support a wide variety of creators. Whether you are completely new to VRoid Studio, already create detailed models, make avatars for other people, or simply want a large library of resources to experiment with, there should be plenty inside to help you build something unique.

Each pack has been designed to give you more than just a basic pair of ears and a tail. They include multiple colours, patterns, face markings and accessory variations, along with matching body fur textures so you can build a more complete and coordinated animal-inspired character.

The packs include a mixture of:

✨ Multiple ear and tail options
✨ Different colours and markings
✨ Face textures and mask designs
✨ Matching arm, leg, chest and body fur textures
✨ Bodysuit-style texture options
✨ Mix-and-match pieces for creating different variations

I wanted these sets to feel flexible rather than locked to one specific character design. You can use the full matching set, combine individual pieces with your existing textures, or recolour and customise them further to suit your own avatar.

The raccoon pack includes 22 different mask designs, while the fox, rabbit and red panda sets all come with their own selection of colour and design variations. I’ve also gone back through the packs to improve the textures, presentation and overall consistency between each set.

🌊 Hello VRoid Community! A New Chapter for Aquarian_TTV

Hey everyone!

For those who don't know me, I'm Aqua (Aquarian_TTV), a VRoid creator who's been building anime-style assets, textures, outfits, accessories, and character resources for the VRoid community for the last couple of years.

Over that time I've released a growing collection of content including:

While some of you may have seen my work before, I know many people here probably haven't come across my store yet, so I wanted to introduce myself and share what I've been working on behind the scenes.

A while ago, I experimented with running memberships. Although I was incredibly grateful for the support, I eventually felt I wasn't delivering the level of value and consistency that I wanted to provide.

Rather than continue accepting memberships while trying to catch up, I made the decision to close them and focus on improving everything first.

Over the last several months I've been:

🎨 Refining my art style (some of you may have seen)
📅 Building a long-term development roadmap
📂 Organising and expanding my asset library
⚙️ Creating a much more efficient workflow
✨ Planning future outfits, textures, models, accessories and creator resources

For the first time in a long while, I feel like I have a clear direction and a solid foundation to build upon.
