My neurologist gave me this medication for vestibular migraines. This is my 2nd day I’m feeling shaky, fatigued and very anxious is this normal ?

For those who had a shot? How long did it take for you to see any improvement if you did? How many days of pain did you all have after it? I’m on day 4 and feel the pain worse.
