I went back to the marshy forest today... this place is incredible! While most of the mud is only around ankle deep, there are much deeper spots (some still covered by water) that swallowed up my thighs and are definitely much deeper, I'd just have to really dig into them. All the mud here is very sticky, smooth, soft clay that makes really yummy squelching sounds when you pull your feet out of it. The last picture is the homeless person's camp I found out here, but I'm pretty sure it's abandoned considering all the rain we got last week. Next time I come out here I'll be in that outfit I shared yesterday and I'll play around in one of the deep spots for you all to enjoy :3

This is what I'm gonna wear if I end up being able to play in that marshy area I posted about earlier this week, how's it look? I personally think it's lovely :3c

Last week I posted a picture of the spot I found about a mile and a half away from my home, and today I went back to investigate further. Safe to say that this expedition has been fruitful!

The whole place is basically a big marsh covered by trees next to a creek out in the middle of nowhere, so I don't think I have to worry about getting caught. I waded through it today and found several spots that are deep enough to fully submerge the stick I brought (about 4 feet long), and since the area is very nice, soft, squishy, suctiony clay soil then I imagine it'll be very, very fun...

It isn't perfect though. There are 2 glaring issues that might get in the way, with the first one being how much water is actually out here. When it rains in my area, it pours down HARD, and since this spot is covered by trees, that water doesn't go away very quickly. So I have to have really good timing in order to actually cover my body in mud without it being washed off the second I leave the earth. And since it's very hot in my area, being too late would mean trying to sink into a brick, which probably won't work out very well...

The other issue is that I found a shopping cart and several children's toys submerged in the water nearby, meaning there might be a homeless person camping out here... Obviously I don't want to get mugged, so if this place isn't abandoned, I'll absolutely be staying far away from whoever might live here.

Next time I go back, I'm going to take a lot of pictures for you all to see, and hopefully the water will be gone and expose all the soft, sticky, incredible mud hiding below :3

hello, I've been lurking without an account for about a month and now I've finally gotten the courage to join reddit

I found this next to a creek that's not too far from my house. it's nice and secluded thanks to all the trees. I'm not sure how deep it is (all the sticks I could find were either too heavy for my dainty arms to lift or actively rotting away) but if it is actually as good as I'm hoping, would you guys be interested in seeing me(femboy 19y/o) play in it?
