Private land or no?

hello! i've been looking at the quicksand map and found the Brazos river is somewhat near me, and that this bend of patrick creek apparently has clay mud in it. since it rained recently in Texas, i wanted to check this area out, but a building is nearby. does anyone know if this is public land? or is it on private land and should i stay away from this location?

I checked out this spot near me today, but I’m not sure how good it is... 1. It’s in a field that definitely belongs to a farmer. 2. It smelled strongly of wild boar. To be honest, I really don’t want to bathe in their—well, you know...
