I have taken everything apart from the valve all the way up to the pilot body. I used compressed air to clean the tube the runs all the way along with the pilot orface. I purged the gas and it seems to have a constant flow so not sure why the flame is going down instead of straight out. Any ideas would be great. Fryers are about 4 month old, 50 pound duker.

Edit. I had the regulator tested and it was providing more than the 11 WC need, had a steady 11-14 WC at the tank. With equipment turned on.

Im running 2 50 pound fryers and a 48in griddle. 120000 BTU each 360000 total.

Running a 110 gallon propane tank with a 3 stage regulator rated for 625000 btu.

Everything use to run normal now I getting these random bright red flames and sometimes loosing the whole flame including the pilot light and have to manually re light it.

Im thinking the regulator is not supplying the correct pressure to each equipment because it is happening to both fryers randomly and everything is less than 3 months old.

Thoughts??
