Just have a quick question about our holiday question. I booked holiday giving 4 weeks notice that my manager has said that it can't be less than 4 weeks , that's fine. Submitted my holiday request and it was declined. However it is a bit of a technicality it's 4 weeks notice (28 days) and not a month notice. So i'm just wondering if i could still get it off.
