[TOMT] [Movie] Old driver's ed video about drinking while driving

The best clue I have for finding this again is that I was doing a required thing for a driver's ed class a few years ago through uceusa. I was tuned out for most of the online course, but this PSA movie they had in it was honestly really engaging for me as someone who likes psychological horror.

The movie's main bit was that it averaged out the number of people who die from car crashes related to drinking while driving to be like one person dying every minute or so (I forget what it was exactly), and whatever that interval they had was, they would play a ding to symbolize someone dying. In between dings, they played short stories related to DUIs meant to scare you out of doing it.

I can't remember most of those short stories anymore, but the ones that stuck with me the most and that makes me want to go back and watch the whole thing again was two of them back to back. A teen boy goes out drinking with his friends and calls his mom to pick him up because they're all drunk and can't drive. I think it was in the first bit, she gets mad and doesn't pick him up as a sort of punishment, and the clip silently ends with a ding. In the next one, she's disappointed but still picks him up, and that's the only short story in the whole film that doesn't end in a ding.

It was really old and seemed kind of cheaply put together, but I still liked it and I think about it a lot for some reason. It's been impossible trying to find it though.
