Clearing out my shelf when (i guess) i pulled a cord it was lying on

Any recommendations where i can get a (new) Pearl Blue AGS 101 (in EU)

This one is from my childhood and probably 21 years old, still perfectly working all clicky and stuff untill now.

Nothing will ever have the same value as this one to me but i need to have it for my childhood me.

Arachnoid Horror

First of im new, second can this be played at any time because of its spell or does it have to be declared as an Action/Reaction/Ambush to do that? (or only my turn) I think i missused this 2 times Edit: Context
