Hi, I have searched the sub and the web for this but cannot seem to find it. I am looking at an Ethiopian ticket and they don't have a fully refundable option, it seems both the "semi flex" and the "eco flex" have a cancellation fee. For "semi flex" it says Refund Fee Before Departure Starting From USD 100. Does that mean that it could be 100 dollars to cancel, but it could also be more? Anyone with experience in this? Would appreciate your comments!

I need a flexible ticket, and I am fine with paying something to cancel if I have to, but would really prefer to know exactly how much!
