How did Toji keep the cursed spirit in his body without digesting it? He said it was kept small enough to be stored in his stomach. But how did he even train the cursed spirit so it wouldn't mess up his internal organs? There's a lot that could go wrong in ingesting a cursed spirit into one's internal body. Suppose it expanded while in his digestive tract; it could cause some serious damage. Surely, it poses health risks.

How did he even find a cursed spirit suitable for his field of work?
Is there a time limit for how long he can keep it in his stomach, maintained in its small form, or does he keep it on him at all times? Surely it must be uncomfortable, no? And don't curses taste awful
