So, I have a wild take on Sister Location. I believe it had nothing to do with the MCI. Let's remember what the goal was. It was to put HER back together, not them. I believe portions of Elizabeth’s Reminant was used to animate the Funtimes. As for the argument, I believe that was the parts of Elizabeth rejecting the piece that was baby, showing she wasn't truly put back together as Micheal believed.

As for the fate of the MCI, I believe the Graphic novels show us what truly happened. Micheal survived Sister location because he was injected with Reminant. So, how did William survive being springtrapped? Simple. He injected himself with the Reminant of the MCI victims.
