Hello! I recently lost my job and due to recent bills, I have flat zero in my accounts right now.
This is a workable situation, and I have plenty of time to find a new position thanks to paying off next month's rent to secure more time. The issue is that for the time being before I get my last check, any unemployment benefits kick in or I complete any training after accepting a role, I can't replace this one simple and cheap thing. It's frankly embarrassing but it is what it is. I would just really like to not have to use tape in the interim. If you wear glasses, you know how much it sucks.
