first post top summer anxieties

im taking a trip in june to the beach and it would be my first public outdoor scene shirtless, aside from the obvious scars, does my body read trans? mostly talking about my love handle section) what kind of swim trunks can i wear that can maybe conceal the hips a bit? or am i just having anxiety for no reason lol

I just had open bilateral carpal tunnel release six hours ago. So far the pain is achy and radiating through my inner forearm. All of my fingers are stiff and sore. The doctor said to elevate my hands above my heart. My question is, how are y’all sleeping post surgery to keep both hands elevated? for context i’m normally a side sleeper, but don’t mind sleeping on my back as well.
