During Crimson Fleet mission The Best There Is, when you board the Jade Swan to get a ride to SY-920, peek inside the captain's locker. None of it is marked owned, so it's free to take. Right now in my game it has 71k credits, 3 upgrade modules, 8 action figures, 12 Astra, 17 x-tech, and miscellaneous gear and resources. Plus 3k credits in the cargo hold. This character is level 300 so I imagine you get less loot at lower levels but even at lower levels I always see massive loot here. ​

10k to install any found upgrade module.

150k to upgrade Advanced to Superior.

300k to upgrade Superior to Exceptional.

25k for each roll at legendary #1. 75k to pick one after 5 rejected random rolls. 200k total.

50k for each roll at legendary #2. 150k to pick one after 5 rejected random rolls. 400k total.

100k for each roll at legendary #3. 300k to pick one after 5 rejected random rolls. 800k total.

120k for legendary #4, pick one; no random roll required.

Total cost is from 755,000 (if you accept all first rolls) to 1,980,000 (if you reject all random rolls).

I didn't bother tracking x-tech cost.
