I walked into Taco Bell this morning, and the guy behind the counter looked at me and then wandered towards the back of the restaurant. So I checked in with the app and went to order on the screen, but all the menu items were faded, and you couldn’t select any of the options.

Deeply annoyed, I went out to my car, and pulled around to the drive-through. I sat at the speaker for four minutes or more with no response, and then drove away.

Really great job, guys. Keep it up.
