Stufa from Tokyo
Last year i was in Tokyo and i was able to buy all of this under 30 bucks. Plus, if you are planning to go in Japan, there is a spot at the last floor of "Radio Kaikan" (a shop in Akihabara) that have this minifigures under 300 yen.
