Hello!

Bought a record from a guy on vinted. He labeled it as 'new with pricetag'.

I buy MANY records on vinted. Upon receiving, i noticed a long and deep cut in the back cover. Strangest kind of damage i ever seen on a record. I've seen thousands of records Looks like the buyer bought it online and when it got delivered and tried to
open it, he cut too deep with his knife.

Anyway, i reported this to him and he sent me about 50!!! Messages calling me a scammer, dumb fuck, liar, threatening me etc.

I never noticed the damage on his listing photo until i looked close, as it is such unusual damage and he labeled it as new and sealed. Whatever i'm showing him: he doesn't listen. He blames me.

I want to get help from you guys by telling me if it was already damaged on his listing or not. Just that. Maybe i'm imagining this but i don't think i am😂

That's the only way he might listen. I want to show him what the internet thinks of the situation. He's insufferable. First 4 photo's are mine. Last 3 photo's are his listing photo's: Where u can see it got cut open, according to me.

This is not about money or easily return his item. This is about trying to get any kind of sense in this guy.
