FWI: U.S. attacked more civilian infrastructure in Iran and Iran fulfills destroying all the oil fields, gas fields, powerplants, and water plants in the region sparking a 40% catastrophic oil shortage.

Israel attacked the Iranian South Pars Gas Plant, then the U.S. moved forward attacking West Asia's biggest civilian cable-stayed bridge in the city of Karaj. Iran responded by attacking a gas plant in Kuwait. DJT threatened to bomb Iranian powerplants. The Iranian armed forces released a video statement threatening to attack all the powerplants, gas plants, oil plants, desalination plants, and water plants in the region if the U.S. did so, deterring the U.S. After that, the heat of the war calmed down. Negotiations began shortly after. Even after the ceasefire collapse, the war has only produced small skirmishes in small Strait of Hormuz battles. But what if it played out with the U.S. continuing their attacks and Iran responding in kind?

Iran would have the tactical upper hand. Iran's powerplants infrastructure is decentralized (source, source) A standard U.S. 500-lb bombs (one of the largest) only damages tens of meters (source). Bombing just one plant would take a whole day because a limited amount of jets would have to keep going back and forth for refueling. Then there's the hundreds more to get to. Whereas all of Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Israel, UAE, only have a few main powerplants that power the whole country. Some of these countries only have few desalination and water plants to feed the whole country, too. Saudi Arabia's stats is not much better either. Most of the oil from arab countries come from a handful of oil fields. Gas fields is even more scarce. Iran is really the big natural gas producer. While the U.S. would never finish bombing their targets, Iran could launch a few waves a day of launching four dozen missiles each wave and severely damage all the powerplants/water plants/oil fields/gas fields in the region within a week before the U.S. gets even 20% done bombing Iranian power infrastructure. They're capable of it (source.)

We'd be talking a global ripple effect! Oil prices would've reached $270 and above/barrel quite easily (max during the war was $126/barrell). Two Fifths of the world's oil supplies cut (that's how much flows from the Middle East - 40%) cut in an instance. Power would be out for half the day because of oil shortages. Goods prices already increased. Instead of a 12% increase they would have doubled. Probably some phases of panic. A stock market meltdown would have for sure come. A handful of S&P500 companies wouldn't have withered the storm, file bankruptcy, and domino effect into high unemployment. High energy costs, food costs, plus unemployment might lead to a small percentage of the vulnerable to go hungry. It's the closest thing this generation will experience to the Great Depression. The U.S. won't have spare oil (or funds for that matter with its high debt) to even think of launching land or air responses against Iran. The U.S. debt will probably runaway - reach 60 trillion first year, followed by 100 trillion quickly to compensate. Anti-Trumpism will reach its peak for starting the war.

Perspective

Michael Jackson lived with his parents until he was 29 years old. I previously thought and assumed Jackson has his own residence in his early 20's. This new info solves the puzzles about the speculations of his abnormal sex-life and the false child molestation allegations.

Most people separate from their parents in their late teens of early 20's. They grow apart from their mothers and become open to experimentation, having sex, and forging their own paths and beliefs.

They also start learning life lessons quickly. The streets builds people. Naivety grows into guardedness. One grows susceptible to trust people less. The playful child becomes the guarded adult.

This process is eventual for almost all people. With each passing age, pressure builds from parents, pressure from societal views until the individual breaks away from their parents home. People that live with their parents until the 30's are deemed as losers by society, probably behind-the-door shame from parents thus negatively effecting their personalities.

Yet with Michael, he never moved out until he was 29 years old. He never felt shame (from parents or society) for staying with his parents this late because he was a success. A pop icon to society and a breadwinner to his parents. This caused the experiences that form most peoples personalities into their adult state to be absent. He was still adorned by his mother's love and perception in his 20's. He probably clenched on world views of purity and living righteously based on the effect of still living carelessly with his mother. Katherine was a devout Jehovah's witness so the effect of staying pure and living righteousness probably grew stronger. Katherine was one of Michael's closest friends in his 20's. This easily addresses speculations on Michael's shyness about sex. Why he went as far as reading bible verses to a prostitute invited to his hotel room one night. He just wasn't open to it. Why he stayed asexual into his later years (Any who grow past 30 know habits become harder to break.)

This also explains why he was easily duped and faced numerous allegations against him. In addition to what I mentioned above, moving out early also teaches life lessons early. The streets builds strong kids. Childhood naivety grows into guardedness. One knows one can't be trustful of all people. This is how most people become adults. It's just a couple of bad experiences that reshape one's behavior.

Michael simply lacked these experiences. He stayed at parents manor until he was 29. He never faced ridicule like others would because of this. He was living in his own haven.

MJ had only moved out 5 years earlier when his first allegations were hurled at him. It's likely he just didn't have the same social awareness as most people due to what I explained above to know that not all people are nice and have his best interest in mind (a normal person experiences a wide variety of interactions to know not all can be trusted at an early age. Michael's interaction were only of love and grace from his brothers and mother. He was hugely naive as he entered the world at the age of 30. A couple of evil actors easily spotted this and exploited him. Again, habits are hard to change past your 20's, so he didn't learn this lesson quickly. He was exploited twice.).

I'm an MJ fan. He will always be the greatest. Though, his personal life was always one of speculation for me. I always wanted to know why he was sexually abnormal, how it's possible the allegations could come about, and deep down make a judgement on the guy. Watched 'Michael' last night and it broke an assumption I had; that Michael lived at his own residence in his early 20's (before Thriller was released). The truth his he lived with his parents until he was 29. Interesting that all of Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad, was released while he was still with his parents. However, that fact was the piece of info to align the facts. It's so clear why Michael was the way he was. The above explanation is what I concluded.

Was Encore doomed even without leaks?

Was Encore doomed even without leaks?

Hello.

Encore wasn’t bad but its just far away in caliber of the first 3 mainstream Em albums.

After all we know now, 3 songs from SOTL were meant to be on Encore: We As Americans, Bully, Love You More.

Big Wheenie (replacement for Bully) and Crazy in Love (replacement for Love You More), Rain Man (also a last minute record for a filler track) would subsequently never have been made. (Honestly love the beat for Rain Man but imagine it omitted in favor of other tracks would’ve shifted Encore to a whole ‘nother direction.)

I can also almost certainly say that because there would be less time constrains from using the OG tracks instead of new rush recordings, the album might have gotten an earlier release date - one before Christopher Reeve’s death. So the track Christopher Reeves would also be included.

I mean just having those 4 tracks in and those 3 tracks out shifts the entire album tremendously.

It’s no secret Em was under tremendous pressure at the time. That plus his addiction and Proof’s death led to his OD, hiatus, and reinvention with Relapse/Recovery. I’m not saying Em’s pressures would vanish. He’d probably still be addicted to drugs; but, having a better Encore release might have given him enough boost, confidently to handle the pressures better. Maybe enough so that he doesn’t fully collapse to his lowest point and OD, resulting in his full  reinvention with Relapse/Recovery.

The alternative reality would be no hiatus and no Relapse/Recovery. A drugged out, slightly fat loose-clothes grey jump suit wearing Eminem making music retaining his old style. Maybe with renewed inspiration from Proof’s death.

I mean I liked Relapse and Recovery, a lot of people did but everything after just wasn’t the same. The backdrop of hip hop had changed. Kamikaze was dope too but it’s still in the shadows of a new saga started after his hiatus/OD that had as many misses as he had hits. Plus Em just wasn’t the dominant hip hop force anymore - as I said. The backdrop changed. What could’ve been if he never went on hiatus or OD’d would be far more rewarding than Kamakaze. TDOSS was good but it took 20 years, and after experiencing all the bumps, and I mean many bumps on the way. It’s right on the line of too little too late but still satisfying.

Even the sound of the entire industry would be different. A more active Em in the late 2000’s would keep Shady Records influential in the late 2000’s and  give the Cash Money and GOOD Music rise something to compete with than the open floor given to them from Em and Shady Records’ absence.

tl;dr: We As Americans, Bully, Love You More in Encore. Big Wheenie, Crazy In Love, Rain Man out. Earlier release date means Christopher Reeves also in. Those 4 tracks in and those 3 tracks out shifts Encore positively. Em would still be under pressure and on drugs but a better Encore release gives him enough momentum to handle himself better. He releases more music with his old style. His OD and artist reinvention doesn’t happen. Shady Records continue to influence hip hop and the sound of the industry would be on a different trajectory.
