These are starting to pop up in my back yard. I have a dog that likes to eat grass. Do I need to worry?

Northern Illinois. Starting to get a few of these showing up. Small, grey, kind of translucent. My dog like to randomly eat grass when she's outside, and while I don't think she's noticed these yet, I'd like to know if I should worry that she might.
