I’m renting an apartment with a mini split for the first time. I live in the northeast and used it through the winter for heat without issue but recently switched to cooling and it’s begun leaking water from the right hand side. Is this because the previous tenant did not clean the filter(s)? Where do I go from here to try and stop this leaking? I’ve never used a mini split prior to this. Any advice appreciated! Thanks in advance

Quiet at idle/highway speeds, no drone, but loud when you get on it. I’m pretty happy with how it sounds.
