Six-Legged Lions and Hemisphere Migration

This was a paperback book I read as a teenager in the 1980s, possibly early 90s (borrowed from my now dead aunt and uncle).

I remember the society having to regularly migrate from one hemisphere to another due to the (I believe) the sun/star being too close and making the closest hemisphere at the time uninhabitable.

There was a multi-decade (century?) lull between migrations, where humanity prospered, but they often had their factories (which they took on their migrations) fall into disrepair.

The biggest thing I remember about the book was the threatening six-legged lions out in the wild that the MCs came across during their attempt at the current migration to save humanity.

Any thoughts on what this book might be is greatly appreciated. I’d love to read it again! ❤️

PEA and CoQ10 dosages?

Hey everyone,

Started a new job at the end of March and I’m (53M) finding the activity level is beyond what I was expecting and have been PEM every day I have off.

Have been mild/mod mecfs for most of my life and have done reasonably well, all things considered. Not a lot of meds/supplements - LDN, NAC, guanfacine, and general vitamins.

Have just purchased some PEA and CoQ10 for the first time and I’m wondering what dosages to start at (and maybe titrate to?) for best results.

Thanks in advance!
