15M, 5'10, 47kg, low budget. How can I gain weight?
I’m 15 years old, 5'10 and weigh 47kg. I’m very skinny and want to gain healthy weight/muscle.
My budget is low and I live in India, so expensive protein powders or fancy diets are hard for me. I also don’t feel very hungry most of the time.
What cheap foods/meals helped you gain weight? And how can I increase appetite naturally?
Please suggest realistic advice for a beginner.
