First time attending and saw that the schedule was posted on the website. But I was wondering if the convention uses anything like guidebook so that attendees may schedule out their time?

Ive been checking the website daily for maybe 2 weeks now to keep and eye on programing and workshops but I dont understand how to sign up for them and make a schedule? Does otakon not use guidebook and something else? Just looking for clarification please
