[TOMT] [KIDS SHOW] [2010s] CBC kids show with brightly coloured people with big hair

This might be an only Canadian thing, but I loved this show as a kid. I forget the name but I remember these colourful people who might’ve been like dolls or toys maybe??? I don’t know. It was CBC 100%, it aired in the mid 2010s I think. It was a live action thing with people who were either painted different colours or were wearing like very colourful realistic costumes. Please help me find this
