First Delivery :/
Signed up out of curiosity after seeing a discount + credit. First delivery arrived with a corner of the box collapsed and food at 70°+ while about 82°F ambient - ice packs were liquid.
Definitely not risking it for the biscuit, or in this case turkey.
Support made it right by offering a full credit, but the boxes are definitely too thin, the ‘insulation’ is a foam liner at best, and the ice packs are insufficient. Food safety definitely calls for using dry ice, especially in a southern summer.
Edit: it’s also sad throwing that much food away
