Lazy errand stop
Someone asked me to tag along for a quick errand today and it ended up being way slower than expected but in a good way. we just walked around, talked about random stuff like food and how everything feels expensive now, nothing serious at all. when i got back home my dog was stretched out right in the middle of the hallway like he owned the place. he got up super slow when he saw me and then immediately followed like he was checking if i brought anything interesting back. i sat down for a bit and he leaned against me without thinking twice. it’s funny how both the human conversation and the dog silence kind of feel the same level of comforting
