Pixel 7 Pro screen dying, Is the newer generation reliable?

Hey everyone,

My Pixel 7 Pro has hit its limit with hardware quality control issues.

Recently, multiple black dots appeared near the punch-hole camera and spread across my notification bar. Now, whenever the phone overheats, the entire right side flickers green, and a permanent green/pink line runs across the middle of the screen.

Combined with severe overheating after just 5 minutes of video recording and terrible battery life, I'm ready to upgrade. I love Google's software, but I'm hesitant to buy another Pixel if these flaws persist.

For those who upgraded to the Pixel 9 Pro or Pixel 10 series:

- Have you seen any dead pixels, bleeding, or flickering on the newer displays?

- Did Google finally fix the thermals and modem? Does the new chip stay cool?

Should I risk staying with Google, or is it time to switch brands for better reliability? Appreciate your advice!
