Made a brie birthday cake for my husband's godchild who loves cheese. Would have chosen a round version but there weren't any left in the store. Brie stuffed with whipped brie and fig jam. Whipped brie as frosting with dried figs, pistachio crumble and a drizzle of honey. I served it with foccacia.
