Tawhoa's Chosen Static Strike w/ Triggerbots

Tawhoa's Chosen Static Strike w/ Triggerbots

POB: https://pobb.in/aKqTnlMK6d-K

Overall the build did very well. I think this build makes some great use of the borrowed power of the league. Despite spending more than I wanted to, Triggerbots ended up being a HUGE addition to the build. I had a ton of fun running it. Hopefully we get some way to do something similar in main league, I'd like to see Tawhoa's on Reliquarian at some point.

League start felt relatively smooth, and it transitioned pretty well on day 3 or so. The POB isn't exactly what I ran, but it's close enough with one or two minor differences.

Something minorly notable between now and the last time I ran this template is this build benefits from a ton more modifiers. Conversely it's impacted by more map mods as well. For instance, since it benefits so much from Area of Effect and Cooldown Recovery, maps that have those as modifiers feel *much* worse to run, so much so that I started skipping them if I didn't have a ton invested in the map.

Moving forward I'll be running some different league exclusive setups before pushing my effort into next league start. Hope you guys enjoy the build if you end up checking it out!

Static Strike Shockwave Scavenger League Starter for Return of the Ancients

POB: https://pobb.in/4TJjwfMoq25r

Ended up putting together a comprehensive league starter for Static Strike Shockwave Scavenger. It scales pretty well across all budgets and has some options to scale late into ubers with lifestacking. I've done a decent bit of league start testing as best I can with the resources in game (hard without actually having the ascendancy) and the build is solid enough to clear into 4 stone and beyond for sure. I had a blast putting it together.

Lots of interesting tools to play around with day 2/3 as well with some of the borrowed power. I look forward to playing it in the league. Only minor concern was the slight lack of eHP, but with decent block and evasion it felt totally fine for mapping.

This has been a lot of work over the past couple days. I'm very tired, so I'm gonna go nap. Hopefully this build serves you well :3.

Past this point I become fluent in Yappanese, but tl;dr guide is an ongoing work and will continue to change up until/past league start as I think of ideas and tech to add.

EDIT: QUICK UPDATE! In the pursuit of transparency and clarity I added in a changelog section to the notes along with fleshing out the lifestack and midgame section a bit. I will be making a crafting guide to help ease people into the midgame setup with Staves. I hope this is of service to those who need it (or want it, I'm always morbidly curious about how people make things.)

Swapped Herald of Ash for Flesh and Stone in the midgame setup. You can absolutely run it earlier too, might just be a bit lower dmg for 4 stone (totally fine).

ALSO! IF YOU'RE PLAYING THIS, PROBABLY GO WITH STAVES EARLY. Mace is definitely more % damage on tree, but the proximity you get within for enemies means that you get repeatedly smacked, and multi-hit protection in the form of block makes the build feel *MUCH* better. Also, you can get 2% life recovery on block mastery, which feels *very nice*. I'll be trying to target some optimizations towards getting around 5k in pre 4stone/6k in the post to really make this feel like a solid form of recovery. Also looking into more spell block that doesn't involve glancing blows, but might just have to bite the bullet on that. Unsure atp.

Fortify Stacking Popcorn SRS Champion | Ft. Qotra's Regulator and Rigwalds Hunt

POB: https://pobb.in/rV6r402ePe3m

I cooked up this build with a friend of mine. We wanted to find a use for Rigwald's Hunt. Overall it comes together to be a solid build.

As for how it clears, Annihilation combined with a ton of minion AOE makes for a really solid setup. It is decently dependent on your minion attack speed though. You really want to get as much as you can. It feels a bit delayed but ultimately is better than something like totems.

Single Target can get a bit dicey depending on how smart your SRS want to be, but it's solid enough for ubers if you want to run those. There's also absolutely a higher investment level you could tap into if you really liked the build.

The Tank is for sure there though. Tons of Fortify, your spectres give you a ton of Armour/Evasion, max res is pretty big.

A solid enough concept. I had fun playing around with it as a super late league project. Ultimately it uses a lot of unique items nobody cares about so most of the gear is relatively cheap to run. As far as minion builds go it was more tolerable than ones I've run in the past.

Chaos Conversion Dex Stack Deadeye

Running a basic dex stacker setup seemed a bit too boring for me, so I ended up rolling a chaos convert variation using a cheap Nature's Reprisal Flesh/Flame, Lycia Ascendancy and a Foulborn Blue Nightmare. A relatively cheap setup overall.

After playing with Wind Ward I actually like it a decent bit. If you feel like you're dying a ton on Deadeye I think it's for sure worth running. And the Flesh/Flame for that if you're on something like an ele hit is obscenely cheap. It solves a big problem with evasion, that being mitigation for the hits you do end up taking.

As for skill selection, I actually really like Lightning Strike still. Even post nerf, the double hit you can have with it is still super busted.

Overall a super fun build, would recommend if you're looking for something cheap with a bit of a unique scaling angle. The Lycia tech is actually super dope, I know a lot of blade vortex builds run it. Str stackers will also sometimes use it as a budget O-Sin which partially inspired the setup. That and there was an old smokie video going over Molten Strike Ward Stack PF. Lots of interesting pieces.
