2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 3.6.

I’m attempting to do an oil change on my lady’s jeep, and I cannot remove the drain plug. Does it look like the last quick change place she went to used some kind of sealant on this plug?

I’m resisting the urge to use a breaker bar or impact gun for the moment. What are my options here? Prepare for a full pan replacement? Shake my finger at the jiffy lube?
