Would I fail a Challenge 25 if the other person used force?

This just happed today a few hours ago at work, I was giving out a online order to a customer and it was a challenge 25. He looked under 25 so I asked him for ID. He said he didn’t have any ID and complained and said he was 28. I repeatedly told him I need ID as it’s a challenge 25 and he had order 3 sets of knifes. He then proceeds to say he’s just going to take it then, grabs the bag in my hand and tries to get it. At this point it’s a tug of war for the bag, my manger just said to let it go and he’ll report it as he has the customers details on the computer. The customer stormed out with the items shouting and swearing. Would I get in trouble because he took the items as it’s a challenge 25 without any proof of ID. I’m in England by the way.

Scared of driving

Hi, I passed my test on Tuesday and got a car on Thursday. It was my first time driving solo since I passed and I felt like I almost passed out. The first half of my drive wasn’t too bad and then I had one guy almost crash into me as he was overtaking another car in front of him. I think that shook me up as then I accidentally stalled nearing a roundabout. The guy kept honking his horn, which didn’t help my nerves at all. I managed to do it in the end, but it’s small bits like this that has already scared me of driving on my own. I had no problems driving in my instructors car and I was pretty confident with it. Are there any tips to get more confident on the roads without feeling afraid/intimidated of other drivers?

Hello, I’ve just recently passed my driving test and I have looked and test drove a few cars, but not sure what make would be good/better for a first car. I’ve been looking at a Peugeot. Is that a good car in general? Are there any makes I should avoid completely? Just need a little advice as I’m not too knowledgeable about them.

I passed my driving test today! Second times a charm! I was still as nervous as the first time I had the test. I had a morning test, so I used a lot of the back routes which weren’t too bad. Now I just have to find a car.
