Whenever i have a boner, my pelvic floor feels very tight and edging or masturbation is no more fun. Hoe do i fix this.

So i(23m) have a girlfriend and we are planning to have sex very soon, but i cant really last more than 2 minutes (2 min is like max, i usually finish under 1)
I need some genuine guidance to work on this. Pls help
