I seriously don’t know how im going to get through today without crying, it’s a really cruel, toxic environment and the stress is so severe i have physical health issues so I depend on the health insurance. I don’t even recognize myself anymore
Not a good fit at my current job, trying my best to remain positive and work as hard as I can while searching for a new job but the culture is very different to what I’m used to and the last person in my current role quit after 3 months..anyway I had a 1:1 with HR today and I wish I would’ve gotten a PIP or been fired. Instead they asked me if I liked working here, if I liked my boss and if I liked working with her, it was all very much out of the blue and it just seems like theyre trying to get me to resign because I’m not committing any fireable offense..they just don’t like me. It feels super shady and I’m not sure what my next steps are aside from using all my energy to find a different job. Any advice would be super helpful, I have to say from the moment I started here I could just tell they didn’t like me before giving me a chance to prove I was a good fit and the environment gets increasingly hostile by the day and it’s starting to cost me my mental and physical health
