I hope he will come to clutch as a batsmen too in an important match.

Sometimes his decision making may not work out but still I am really happy that he is very much committed to the team as a captain.

And also he started to captaining in his own style instead of trying to wannabe dhoni.

Sanju behind the stumps helping in field placements is also one of the reason.
