Failing background
Hello this is ******* I am trying to contact OPR I have been deemed unsuitable for a CBP application 3 times I don’t know what i have to do in my end to help mitigate concerns. I have no charges under my name. I have requested a FOIA as well but no documents were sent to me I have not gotten any clarification other than I am deemed unsuitable to pursuant 5 C.F.R Part 731. I need to receive guidance on what I can do on my end. I am being deemed unsuitable for disclosures I made in my 1st attempted p01y9r@ph on 2024. I reapplied in 2026 and I passed my p01y9r@ph but now I cannot advance in my process because I am being held accountable to my failed P**** in 2024. I mitigated the questions they asked me when they sent my NOPA but it was rejected. Do I just stop applying because I will always be rejected ? Is there a wait time I need to do? If I can please be contacted via phone or email I would greatly appreciate it I want to overcome this obstacle. I have been upmost honest with the whole process and I am just asking for a chance to be a part of this organization.
Can someone help me or explain how I can get passed suitability. Over a disclosure I made and i am having a hard time getting past suitability.
